Brutislav was born from a brotherly collaboration with our Polish comrades from Piwne Podziemie brewery - when two Slavic nations unite, something BRUTally good must emerge. This trendy Brut IPA uses champagne/BRUT yeast that is highly productive during fermentation, resulting in a very dry beer. Centennial, Citra, Simcoe and Polish Oktawia hops create an aroma stronger than grandma's rakija
