The Giro d'Italia tests cyclists through mountains and valleys, and Giro Sul Luppolo provides that feeling through Italian brewing tradition. Our inspiration for this beer was the legendary Tipo Pils from Birrificio Italiano brewery - the first beer of this style created in Italy. We used Saphir, Nugget, and Galena hops, and we added Saphir additionally in dry hop for extra aroma.
