Black Rose

Stout - Irish Dry

A story of freedom with the taste of black barley malt!

When we decided to brew Irish Dry Stout, we wanted the name to connect well with Ireland's powerful history. Black Rose is an old name for Ireland, where the rose represents Ireland, and black represents the color of the occupier who sat on its neck for years. One of our favorite bands, Thin Lizzy, explained this perfectly in their song, and we turned it into a 4.2% beer that won't knock you down, but will definitely satisfy you. This is a beer for enjoyment - smooth, bitter and drinkable just as it should be, with the aroma of roasted barley malt. Sláinte!
