Czech classic!

Zaboky Lager 12 is our version of the classic Czech Pilsner. Like all Czech classics, we used only noble Czech Saaz hops with double decoction that allowed us to extract the true character of the malt. Before we started brewing, we went on a team building trip across the Czech Republic where we tried everything - from classics like Pilsner Urquell to beers from small brewpubs. The number 12 in the name isn't there because we wanted to be fancy, but because that's how Czechs mark strength - old school, old way. Zaboky is the old name of our city Zabok, so we decided to show off our roots a bit. This is a beer for those who love classics but don't want someone explaining the 'complexity of aromas' for half an hour.
